Included every year

Your annual health baseline. Included with membership.

Every Elixium membership begins with CoreCheck+, our comprehensive annual assessment of over 80 biomarkers. Through the rest of the year, follow-up labs are included to monitor the markers that matter most to your treatment — so your provider can measure progress and adjust your care as your health changes.

Why it matters

Why every member starts here.

Instead of treating symptoms first, we build a complete picture of your health. CoreCheck+ gives your provider a read on:

This becomes your baseline

So every future recommendation is based on your data, not guesswork.

What CoreCheck+ measures.

Over 80 clinically selected biomarkers, grouped by the systems they speak to.

11 results

Cardiovascular risk

Inflammation, cholesterol quality and the particle-level markers a standard lipid panel leaves out.

Includes

ApoBLp(a)hs-CRPHomocysteineOmega-3
8 results

Metabolic & nutrient status

How your body regulates blood sugar and insulin, plus the nutrient levels underneath energy and recovery.

Includes

InsulinA1cVitamin DB12Ferritin
12 results

Hormone balance

The hormones behind energy, body composition, recovery and mood. PSA is included for men; progesterone for women.

Includes

TestosteroneEstradiolLHFSHDHEA-S
7 results

Thyroid function

Thyroid hormones and antibodies, to identify patterns that may contribute to fatigue, weight changes and other common symptoms.

Includes

TSHFree T3TPOThyroglobulin
51 results

Liver, kidney & blood health

A full comprehensive metabolic panel and a CBC with differential — liver enzymes, kidney function, electrolytes, protein status and complete blood counts.

Includes

CBCCMPALT & ASTGGTeGFR

Chips are examples, not the full list. Counts reflect every individual result reported on the panel, derived from the CoreCheck+ lab specification, and total 89. Glucose is drawn from the comprehensive metabolic panel and counted once, under metabolic. Additional differential results are reported when blood morphology requires them. The complete list appears below.

Everything we evaluate.

Over 80 biomarkers grouped by body system, so you can see what your provider is looking for — and why it matters. The same panel is run for everyone, with one difference: PSA is included for men and progesterone for women. The number of results is the same either way.

What happens next

From your first lab to ongoing care.

Your annual CoreCheck+ is only the beginning. Every step after your blood draw is designed to help you understand your health, monitor your progress, and guide treatment over time.

Step 01

Your blood draw

Complete your annual CoreCheck+ at a Quest Diagnostics location near you.

  • Schedule directly through the Hollow portal
  • Over 2,000 Quest Diagnostics locations NEEDS INPUT: confirm the 2,000 figure, and whether to say “nationwide” — the draw network being national is not the same as Elixium being licensed to treat in every state.
  • Your annual CoreCheck+ establishes your baseline
  • Results appear in Hollow automatically

Step 02

Provider review

Your provider helps you understand what your results actually mean — not simply whether they fall inside a reference range.

  • A 30–45 minute appointment
  • Every major finding reviewed together
  • Patterns connected across multiple body systems
  • A personalized treatment strategy, built with you

Step 03

Your care plan

Built around your goals, your symptoms and your results — not a preset protocol.

  • Recommendations specific to you
  • Lifestyle guidance
  • A follow-up testing schedule
  • Care that evolves as your health changes

Step 04

Ongoing treatment

When treatment is clinically appropriate, everything continues through one connected experience.

  • Order prescriptions directly through Hollow
  • No retail markup on prescriptions
  • Refills without re-starting the process, where appropriate
  • Periodic follow-up labs, typically every 3 months
  • Treatment adjusted on the strength of your results

Message shown is illustrative. Prescriptions are purchased separately and are never guaranteed. All prescriptions require an appropriate clinical evaluation.

Preparing for your draw.

Three things to get right beforehand. They are what keep your results clean enough to act on.

  1. 01

    Confirm and intake

Confirm your appointment and complete your intake forms in the Hollow portal.

  2. 02

    Fast 10–12 hours, water only

No food, caffeine, supplements or exercise during your fast — and keep drinking water right up to your draw.

  3. 03

    Keep taking your medication

Continue your medications as prescribed unless your provider tells you otherwise.

Everything lands in Hollow

Your results, your downloadable report with reference ranges, and the scheduling for your provider review all live in one place.

Year over year

Why we repeat CoreCheck+ every year.

Health changes over time. Comparing this year's results against last year's lets your provider read direction and trend, not just a single snapshot. Your annual panel helps us:

A member out running on a forest trail
Illustrative example · 6 months
Hemoglobin A1c
5.95.6%
hs-CRP
2.20.7mg/L

Illustrative example — not a real patient, and not typical results. Individual results vary, and no outcome is promised or implied. NEEDS INPUT: this figure shows biomarkers improving over six months, which reads as a treatment-efficacy claim. The kit forbids inventing percentages and forbids promising or implying clinical outcomes. Confirm you want it, and whether these numbers come from a real consented case or stay labeled illustrative. Legal should see this one before it ships.

Ongoing monitoring

Your labs don't stop after day one.

The annual panel sets the baseline. What makes it worth having is everything that happens in between.

  1. Day one

    Join membership

Enroll, complete your intake, and schedule your first draw.

  2. Then

    Annual CoreCheck+

Over 80 biomarkers establish your baseline.

  3. Every ~3 months

    Follow-up labs

Monitoring the markers tied to your treatment, and your progress against them.

  4. Continuously

    Adjust your care

Your provider reviews each result, refines your plan, and adjusts medication where clinically appropriate.

You are not getting another 80-marker panel every three months. Rather than repeating everything, follow-up testing is personalized to your treatment plan — monitoring what your provider is actually watching, and avoiding unnecessary testing. Follow-up labs are included when clinically appropriate.

Membership

Comprehensive testing. All year long.

Your membership begins with an annual CoreCheck+ to establish your health baseline. Throughout the year, follow-up labs are included — typically every three months — to monitor the biomarkers associated with your care. Every result is reviewed by your provider and used to guide treatment decisions as your health evolves.

Prescriptions without the markup

When treatment is clinically appropriate, members receive prescribed medications without the retail markup — purchased separately, and never guaranteed. We do not add retail markups to prescriptions. Our membership is built around ongoing care, not prescription sales.

All prescriptions require an appropriate clinical evaluation. Pharmacy availability and pricing vary by medication, dose, state, and patient eligibility.

  • Periodic follow-up labs (typically every 3 months)
  • Provider review after every lab

If purchased separately

CoreCheck+ comprehensive labs$299
Initial provider review$70

Ongoing provider guidance, follow-up lab interpretation, secure messaging, treatment adjustments and medication management are available through membership.

NEEDS INPUT: confirm $299 and $70 before publishing — the current live page prices CoreCheck at $260, not $299. Also confirm the availability line: if any of those services can be bought standalone, “available through membership” needs rewording.

Clinical inquiries and protocol.

Your diagnostic journey matters as much as the results themselves. These are the questions we are asked most often about CoreCheck+.

Do I need to fast before the test?
Yes. Fasting for 10–12 hours is required for the most accurate results. During that time, avoid food, caffeine, supplements and exercise. Water is encouraged throughout your fast.
How long until I receive my results?
Results are typically available within 5–7 business days after your draw. Once they are ready you will be notified in Hollow, where you can schedule your review with an Elixium provider to discuss what your results mean and decide what happens next.
Is the panel the same for men and women?
Almost entirely. The panel and the number of results are the same either way — one marker differs. PSA is included for men and progesterone is included for women. IGF-1 is also reported against sex-specific reference ranges.
How often are labs repeated?
Your membership begins with a comprehensive CoreCheck+ panel. Follow-up labs are then performed periodically through the year — typically every three months — to monitor the biomarkers most relevant to your treatment and keep your care moving with your health. The annual panel is what makes year-over-year comparison possible.
Are follow-up labs included?
Yes. Periodic follow-up labs are included as part of your membership when clinically appropriate. Which tests are run depends on your treatment plan and the biomarkers your provider is monitoring — you are not repeating the full 80-marker panel every quarter.
How does medication pricing work?
Prescriptions are purchased separately from your membership and are never guaranteed — all of them require an appropriate clinical evaluation first. Where treatment is clinically appropriate, members receive medications without the retail markups commonly added elsewhere — we do not treat prescriptions as a profit center. Pharmacy availability and pricing vary by medication, dose, state, and patient eligibility.
Can I review my results with my own doctor?
Yes. CoreCheck+ includes an in-depth review with an Elixium provider, and your report is available in Hollow to download as a PDF complete with reference ranges — which makes it straightforward to share with any healthcare provider involved in your care.
Is insurance accepted?
Elixium's services are self-pay, which keeps pricing simple and transparent. We do not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA eligibility depends on your plan and your plan administrator, and we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement — though reimbursement is not guaranteed and is decided by your insurer, not by us.
