A prescription isn’t the same as care
Getting a GLP-1 online has become easy. Being properly evaluated is another question.
In a 2026 JAMA secret-shopper study of 49 websites selling GLP-1 medications, 91.8% issued a prescription.

This medication is not appropriate for everyone. Tell your provider if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, if you have had pancreatitis, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.
Most digestive effects settle as a dose is adjusted. That adjustment is a conversation with your provider, and it is included, with no charge per visit.
